John communicated timely. The work was satisfactory. The AC I got took 3 months to build and deliver but that was because of the manufacturer not Park Lawn. Their work went smoothly.
Great service, I called for an emergency service due to extensive leak from my fan coil, and they were speedy and thorough with the service. John was awesome and explained all the work and what was fixed.
Just had work done on my Fan Coil unit… spring changed, insulation replaced on all pipes, wires cleaned, and removal of mold. The guys did an amazing job and were thorough. They were very pleasant and cordial! A job well done!!! Thank you Park Lawn team!
We called Parklawn for an inspection for the first time. Response was immediate. Patel was dispatched and arrived on time. An assessment of the problem areas were agreed upon. Next pricing was discussed and confirmed by John Kane owner. After about 30 minutes I was impressed with Patel’s knowledge and organization. I left him to do his work. Results were outstanding, detailed work leaving the HVAC like brand new. Fair pricing and leaving us stress free from a major flood.
John was fantastic to deal with. He spent an hour answering all my questions regarding my water heater. He explained to me the different water heater types (gas, electric, heat pump) and the benefits of each. He used no pressure tactics. After finishing our discussion I felt he wanted me to be informed with whatever decision I made. I fully recommend his services.
