Called looking for a specific pair of women's tights and the first associate a man had no clue what I was talking about, said they didn’t have it (Savannah knew and they did have it). I asked him to put a female on the phone, whom I knew would know exactly what I was looking for! Savannah was so helpful this store is so lucky to have a knowledgable, kind associate! Thanks so much!
Terrible experience at this urban location the customer service was absolutely awful i Had an issue with my exchange the employees were no help but when the manager came she was extremely rude arrogant towards me ,never have i argued with a grown woman over a simple exchange I would not recommend shopping here !! They do not follow their return policies !
Poor customer service. Cashier lady was racist and very slow. She was very rude with customers and her coworkers. Please do better with your customer service
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I’m in such disbelief that my mom and I was accused of shoplifting! The cashier was under the impression that we switched the price tags. We paid for the items and she made us wait for over 10 minutes to “verify that price tag wasn’t swapped” like are you kidding me? It was nothing but pure DISCRIMINATION. We felt so disrespected. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. Management needs to reassure all their employees receive proper training before putting them on the sales floor. The cashier should be FIRED.
Discrimination at its finest. Worker lady mid 30s assumed we switch price tags and gave us trouble since we walked in and all we did was buy a dress. Not the first time they discriminated someone of our colour. This lady still has a job there and I’m truly shocked. Never shopping here again. We’re no thieves. Disgusted.
I’ve shopped here before and every time I shop here the staff is very impolite. I am not entitled, however, if i have a question I am greeted with unpleasant comments/answers. A very specific incident occurred where my card was having issues and I needed to go get my card from my car which I had left. The cashier looks over into my wallet and proceeds to tell me I have so many cards to use one of those. 1) That is horribly rude to assume what another person can / cannot use. 2) The ‘cards’ she was referring to were my work id’s and school id’s. None of which were credit cards as she continued to suggest they were. When I came back I paid and my card obviously went through, she bagged my 2 jeans and tossed my items across towards the end of the counter -opposite of where I was being cashed out -and told me to step out of the way. I’m not sure if the manager is aware of such behaviour but it should be taken into consideration because yes one shouldn’t be catered to, however decent and civilized conversation shouldn’t be hard to get. I am normally not one to write up a review, however, this incident couldn’t go unnoticed on my part.
Awful customer service. That middle eastern manager needs to be fired. 0 customer service knowledge. She snatched my credit card out of my hand and behaved very rude. Also refunded me the incorrect amount. Boycott until she’s fired.
