Shoutout to Stella!! Wandered the mall for a dress and knew dynamite was where to go, loved a green dress but it was a mission to grab my size for a bit, Stella was so attentive and was able to snag my size to purchase. 30 mins before close too! Love love love, thank you Stella!
Horrible service. Not even one single associate helped me or greeted me. I had to go and ask them for something and I felt super uncomfortable. I’m only putting 2 stars for the cashier that had the decency to ask me how was my day.
Never picked up my order. Called the store to cancel my order and left it there. 3 weeks later realized that I was never refunded and called customer service. Told according to the store the order has been picked up long ago!!! I don't know how could this even happen...now they're doing an investigation for item I've never picked up but paid for lol
Very disappointed in this company! Charged my card a day after I returned the items same day of pick up. No one will give me an answer and are making me wait. It would be one thing if it was a few bucks, but it is almost $100 and now I have no refund or items. I would have thought that because of their computer system glitch they would be a little more diligent in making this a priority, but all I am told is they are waiting for verification from the store. 1 star is given because of the manager I spoke to at the store who tried to console me.
I’m usually an online shopper. When just browsing around at Dynamite I’ve found something really classy and sexy so decided to go back and look for more. Goretti was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to find me the perfect outfit. I can’t even count how many times she run back and forth to get different sizes for me to try on. I think she totally deserves great feedback! Her customer service was phenomenal! I had such an amazing shopping experience at dynamite. Wish every store have staff like Goretti. Will definitely come back !!!
Goretti was nothing short of amazing. I came in looking for an outfit for an event and she went above and beyond. And I mean above and beyond ! She was so patient and kind and understanding especially when it came on to my insecurities. Great customer service and definitely my favourite store to shop in!
went in today looking for an item that the website said there were 2 left in store. I looked around the store a bit and could not find what I was looking for. The wonderful sales woman asked if I needed help and she was so nice and friendly. She went in the back to look for my item and didn't find it. then she was searching in the stock on the floor. she found the item I was looking for!! it was a very pleasant experience. the store was also so clean and very well organized. I would definitely shop here again!
