Izabella, Mazel & Rita were such a help to us as we spent 2.5 hours combing through looks for The JUNO Awards weekend. I am amazed that, 2 years in a row, RW&CO. has generously supported JUNO nominees like us. It makes a world of a difference, helping us feel polished on and off the red carpet. Thank you, RW&CO.!
I love this clothing store! There's a wide range of sophisticated clothing - to everyday regular clothing. In my opinion this store has everything, pants, sweaters, t-shirts, dresses, and etc. Honestly, if I had more money to shop for myself, I would shop here all the time! Thanks for being awesome RW&CO! ?
Amazing experience! I always drop by in the free time to browse around and most find something to leave with . I want to highlight Heather - she contributed to the 10/10 experience. Always very helpful and knowledgable, that’s why I always come back . Very pleasant location , where customer service still exists .
LOVE this store!! I always beeline it for the clearance items in the back - phenomenal prices for great quality items. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Zuzana of RW&CO of Sherway Gardens was an absolute life saver when helping me with picking a last minute suit for a wedding I have within 17 days! Took her time, knowledgeable and honest. Even took some time after the store closed to make sure I was happy with the purchase/fit of the suit. Amazing customer service, attentiveness and knowledge. Would highly recommend Zuzana and the store for last minute suits!
I am not normally someone to write a post but this the second time I have experienced poor customer service this store. I bought a suit from RW about a month ago and they had an offer of a store credit up to 50 bucks for any alternation required. Yesterday I brought my alteration receipt along with with a email copy of my purchase. Instead of getting the store credit, I was told I needed a physical copy of my purchase, because company policy was to stamp that as final sale. My issue is that I was never told to hold on to the physical receipt. Also, I had an e-receipt on hand! In this day and age it seems unreasonable that they couldn't just put a note on their system that it was a final sale with an e-receipt. If their concern was that I would try to return an altered product, then whats to say that I can't use my unstamped e-receipt to make that return. Clearly a note would be needed on the system! Rather than trying to help me with this archaic policy, I was told there is nothing they could do until I had the physical receipt. This was extremely frustrating because I have to fork out the alteration cost myself. It seems that RW is quick to promote their offers upon sale, but make it very difficult for customer when its' time to honour those promotions. Compare this to my experience at Lululemon when I had an issue with the quality of their pants and they exchanged it (no questions asked and without a receipt!). When customers have 1000s of places to shop at, one of the biggest thing that matters is the experience at the store. Definitely wont be shopping with RW again.
