Jade is an amazing sales associate. She helped me and my daughter Geetika today. Her customer service skills are excellent.she was very patient and always smiling. I wish all the associates in every store are as consumate as her. I hope she gets a good raise for all the work she does.
The employee was extremely rude. They had an unfriendly expression and used phrases like "this is ridiculous," making the shopping experience unpleasant. Their attitude towards customers was far from professional. I asked for the manager, but she claimed to be the store manager herself. When I requested her name, she refused to provide it and told me to go ahead and report her if I wanted. She stated that she is currently the store manager, but her tone and choice of words towards customers were extremely rude, completely ruining my shopping experience today.
Jade was awesome! She deserves 5 stars for her customer service, girl definitely a people person. She helped my mum and I with everything while we were there, finding us the sizes she needs and explaining the equivalent sizes in Men's vs Women's, all while juggling other customers and going to the back to check for us and others! Damn girl, get your bread this holiday szn! Amazing experience from all involved and were very accommodating with my mum being in a wheelchair. I wish I got the other guy's name, he complimented my shemagh! ☺️ Left 4 stars overall for the store because everyone was amazing and it was a great store just smaller than some others I've taken this Root's addict to lmao. Very happy much experience, thank y'all!
I was shopping for my grandmother's birthday, she wants a sweat suit and is very particular about styles and colors. I was pretty bummed out when I couldn't find the top in her size, but thankfully jade came over and asked if she could assist me. She checked the back room, the rack, and the system to find the size I needed but no luck. Defeated, we walked back to the rack to try and find something else. Jade didn't give up though and started searching through other styles for the off chance there might have been a mix up on the rack. And then it happened, Jade found the last top in the size I needed mixed up with other tops on the rack! We had a little celebration as we couldn't contain our excitement. Jade made my night and my grandma's birthday, all because she clearly cares. Oh and she mentioned it's her second day. Thanks again Jade!
These people are not professional specially Fatima , she is very rude and does not provide any customer service. When I ask for the manager she said she is the manager as well as other girl working there is manager to and don’t want to resolve the issue. I spend $200 will return everything and will never go back there.
Spent $300 and they wanted to charge me $1 for an extra bag. Manager stated it’s their policy. I returned my entire order and won’t be back. Real odd people working there.
