Sold me a rogers plan with very slow data speed. They did not mention that in order for me to sign up. Zero customer service when I tried to resolve the issue with them.

Nice deals. But the sales people are “sales people” you know what I mean. They don’t care about you once the sale is done. Had a shocking experience during Black Friday events. I singed up for a mobile plan and was giving $300 store credit. Lady(I don’t wanna name here but claimed to be assistant manager lol) promised $150 credit and then rest will go towards down payment. I okayed that… at the end she calculated and said “I owe you $115 in store credit”. Surprise!!! But I said okay. They she gave me $100 GC and offered me a Screen protector in return for $15 she store owed. which I agreed and thought fair deal. Despite not so happy… I offered a referral. She asked me to come back tomorrow cause she was getting “more sign ups” from someone else. I said fine since I spent quite some time there standing anyway. I went alone to ask for my screen protector… she refused and said “If you would’ve brought your referral I could do something” I immediately left in disbelief that people got no morals and honesty. I felt like returning everything and go somewhere else but I couldn’t do it. She even started accusing me of lying and got upset with me! WTHHH
Wish I could give them -5 stars. A friend recommended me to go there and get a plan from this kiosk and ask for HARLEEN KAUR. M a trucker and she told me that she has a plan for me that I’ll be paying $106 after taxes and roaming charges. As she’s going to add a discount code on my account . Instead I got $231 for first bill and when I contacted her she said it’ll be fixed before your billing date and blah blah blah. But, eventually I had to pay it and then I was promised it won’t happen next time. And for the next bill I have got $341. Now, she bailed out and stopped answering calls, contacted kiosk they told me we can’t help you as we don’t know what discount code she offered you and you have to call rogers to fix this. Stop hiring employees who tell lies to customers to sell their plans and phones.
My wife and I picked up new phones from Daniel at WOW Mobile Sherway Gardens. I have to say it was an amazing experience and when I had problems with my number being ported over Daniel went above and beyond working with the carrier to solve the problem. He even worked after hours and was available when I called to follow up. Without hesitation I would recommend WOW Mobile at Sherway and Daniel.
Daniel helped me get cheaper plans with more data. I was very satisfied dealing with him. I got two month to month plans with Fido for my wife and I. I even got my buddy to get the same deal with Fido. I highly recommend coming to this location and see Daniel.
