I bought a screen replacement and my phone was fully dis functional without my screen working at all. I went back to the shop and they put a functional screen but just for me to find out the screen isn’t apple verified (REAL). Meaning FaceID will no longer work. They put a fake screen on my iPhone twice. Very unsatisfied.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they had a wide selection of electronics to choose from. The prices were reasonable, and they even offered a warranty on their products. Overall, I would highly recommend checking out
They did not have the color phone I originally requested but went above and beyond to get me the phone with the same specks and threw in some goodies to compensate for the color switch! great job putting new glass on my galaxy a-11 cell phone needs a proper receipt book paid in advance 80 dollars gave me not a propper receipt i came in 5 hrs later some one else was there they though i maybe did not pay all do to the fact i didnt get a proper receipt all in all iam happy
Very poor service. JP takes down your information but never return calls. Makes fake promises. They don’t know how to fix phones so when they give it back to you saying they can’t fix it, they do more damage so other shops can’t fix either. I’ve taken 2 different phones to shop and both times they blamed somebody else had gone in and opened the phone. Both phones were bought directly from the carrier on a plan. How can somebody could’ve gone into the phone? There are many shops in that plaza. You’re better off going to any of those but avoid JP Wireless. They quote a low price to bring you in but won’t fix your phone.
Welcome greeting with a sir, sounded good. After knowing I was looking for a very small amount accessory, rudely said NO and literally started talking with another customer. I further asked another question, didn’t even bothered to hear. Such an embarrassment.
