My partner was looking for a new phone provider after a terrible experience with Virgin Mobile, and we were fortunate enough to have Dhawan assist us. She was incredibly helpful from the start. Not only did she listen carefully to all of our needs, but she also reassured my partner when he was feeling skeptical. Her communication was clear, concise, and highly informative. She went above and beyond to ensure we understood every detail. Additionally, Aryabir, the trainee, was also very helpful. He was attentive and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. We really appreciate both of their exceptional service and couldn’t be happier with our experience
This store makes fake promises. They sell expensive plans and accessories saying you’ll get credits, but they never give them. Very dishonest experience. dont buy anything
Bought a phone and plan from this store. They gave me a tablet saying it was free, but charged $90 activation fee. Promised credits for accessories but never applied them, even after multiple visits over months. Very dishonest service by Abdula.
Dhawan is an absolute star! She was so patient explaining options to my senior mother in law, and took the time to walk her through every step of the process of changing her phone service and porting her number. This lady takes customer service to a whole new level!
