I bought a phone through Best Buy, Marketplace and had "buyer's remorse". I contacted Advance Wireless before my package arrived. Spoke with "Shrief" (sp?) nice fellow who was kind, professional and helpful. He issued a return label and set up Purolator for a pick up and a few days later, I received my refund. Very pleased with this transaction, two thumbs up!
Out of all the stores in that plaza this one is the best. They have the best products and prices and the friendliest staff. I have gone there three times and each time I found what I needed and the staff were very helpful. I have trouble putting the screen protectors on and the staff there do it quickly and for free. The store is very well organized and you can quickly find the exact case or accessory you need.
