I was a happy and satisfied customer until I visited them recently for a small screen protector replacement request (which was part of the warranty) but came across an extremely rude woman who dealt with us in a very condescending tone. She doesn't even know what cellphone I was carrying and when I told her she gave very scornful remarks which I found very personal and rude. I was about to renew my package next year in March but they lost a loyal customer. Please teach customer service to your employees.
