They are so disrespectful, they should first learn how to talk to customers. They talk to people as if they were animals. I swear if there was a 0 star rating, I would give it 0 stars.

Horrible scams! I came in to simply fix my screen , paid them cash. Came back to pick up my phone and noticed my battery health is lower than the original percentage. I am an iPhone user, we have reports of the status of our phone. I returned back to let them know that my battery doesn’t last for more than an hour. They then remove my original battery WITHOUT my consent!!! Absolutely ridiculous and SCAMS!!! Do not support these people
Stopped by earlier for a last minute phone screen fix and they were honest, reasonable, reliable, they ended up fixing my day! Had a great experience here. I will be recommending them to others!
SCAM SCAM SCAM They’re scammers. Avoid them if you don’t want your phone’s parts stolen. I had my phone repaired, and they didn’t mention that the battery needed replacement. They called to say there was an issue with the battery connection. When I went to pick up my phone, I received a notification from Apple saying there was an unknown battery installed. Now my phone can’t detect my face either. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Guys. It is so nice to say we should support our local businesses.. but some of them are so bad and greedy.. no customer service.. do not stand behind their products.. and rude when you complain about bad product they sell.. please spend some more or may be less but shop with big boys. At least they stand behind their product or service..
I don't know why this place has a 4.2 stars, but it shouldn't. worst experience ever ! I took in my iphone to change my screen and they replaced it with an aftermarket one, that didn't last me a week! I was charged $170.00 and they wanted to charge me again when I took it in and blamed me for the damage. Such SCAMMERS! don't trust them with your phone.
