The team is amazing, and very polite. Had a tire puncture and needed an oil change. Called them, showed up 5 minutes later, job was done in 25 minutes, and 5 minutes later was home again. Like clockwork.
Today I went in for an oil change the mechanic did a full inspection and noticed the right side CV axel was worn to the point that it needed to be replaced they got the part within the hour and completed the job in under 4 hours. I highly recommend oil change and any others fixes that need to be done. Great crew!Great attitude!!Great prices!!
I recently visited Supreme Lube for a tire issue, and I was impressed by their service. I had a recurring low tire pressure warning on the same tire, and while they initially couldn’t spot the issue, they thoroughly inspected it and found the problem with the valve stem. They replaced it for free, and the problem has been resolved. Great customer service, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend!"
I have been taking my car to Supreme Lube for a few years. I am always able to get an appointment at a convenient time. They have always been very helpful when my car needs to be looked at. I have found them to be very honest and they don't push unnecessary repairs on me. I have found the pricing to be fair, and never feel that I have been ripped off. A few years ago, I wrote a positive review about this establishment, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have not been the same. Despite approaching them multiple times in the past year for quotes or to schedule an oil change, they have been unhelpful and seemingly too busy to assist me. Additionally, I have noticed a significant increase in their prices. I am surprised to find that a regular oil change now costs $44.95 before tax.
