I brought my vehicle in for an alignment due to major positive camber. After the alignment was completed, there was still noticeable positive camber, and the steering felt off. I ended up taking the vehicle to another garage, where the mechanic was able to show me the results of Greenlands work and confirm that the alignment had not been done properly. Despite this, I was still charged $100 for what turned out to be a poor-quality job and had to pay another garage to do it properly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this garage for alignment services.
I come here almost everytime if I want to work on my car they do everything in really good pricing from other workshops in town. I recommend them but person there is shakeel brother who knows it all
Good work on alignment just need to be more friendly and welcoming. Good job after 45 mins struggle on hard nut stuck on alignment. Thanks better than other previous useless garage that did in 10mins. Your mechanics did honest longer work as I watched . Thanks will come again. Saw the whole process. Car drives better
I had a terrible experience with this mechanic. I brought my car in for what should have been a simple brake job, and it ended up costing way more than the original quote. They kept my vehicle for three days without giving any updates, and when I finally got it back, the brakes were still making noise. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I asked questions. Definitely would not recommend—save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more professional.
Listen to me I give the 5 stars cuz it’s a place where if you politely comment your budget with the manager who btw is very polite if you have a bit of patience as well, they will totally give you the best price and even work with you for your budget They got the best prices for syntethic oil change Balancing, Tires and all tweaks for your car
The guy is a bit rude , they offer cheap prices but do cheap work. Edit: since the owner is claiming that I never visited the shop, here’s proof and I am so glad that I take random pics of my car. The whole story is that one day I called like 3 or 4 shops for a wheel alignment and explained them that my car has aftermarket lowering springs and needed a wheel alignment, most of them refused and said its too low for their machine but this shop agreed, I brought the car at this shop, gave the keys to one of the employees but he could not drive it because its a manual transmission, I had to show him how to put it in reverse, He stalled the car 3 times so I offered to drive instead but he did not respond and his face looked like his ego was hurt. Anyways, they took 1 hour to do the job, after the job was done he asked me for money and I wanted to pay in cash, I asked him for paperwork explaining what he did, He told me something like the printer didn’t have any paper or ink, I mentioned that it was unprofessional, that offended him so he got angry and asked me to pay him and leave in an aggressive tone. I took pics of the monitor displaying the before and after numbers. I did not find much difference between the old and new numbers but he said it’s in the green so their job is done. He held my car keys until I paid, but most mechanics do that. Because It didn’t cost much and I did not want any trouble, I paid and left. I would not recommend this shop unless you want to deal with people who have an inflated ego and no care for customer service.
Wonderful customer service. All 4 of my tires were replaced balanced and aligned in no time. Mechanics were very professional. Will diffidently recommend.
