Hani and his team were all so cooperative and well working as a team while they managed to inspect my car. I pulled off of the highway after hearing strong vibrations and rattling, they squeezed me in on one of the busiest days in the year and after a short wait in their ultra comfy couch, they showed me the broken panel and why it was occurring.
