This was my second visit in as many years. They are still miracle workers who beautified my VW rim mishap. If there is a third incident, I shall return.
I took my Tesla because my right side wheel face was bent and I had a very bad vibration and leaking air, but a mechanic named V took care of me and figured out that it had a crack too and he made it brand new within 2 hours and I couldn't even tell that it was repaired.Thanks ‘’V’’ for the great service You guys deserve 10stars.?⭐️
Saw Five Star Rim Repair shop when driving by, I stopped in since i recently had tires installed and the shop told me I had a bent rim. I never knew these services existed. Frank was pleasant to deal with and I made an appointment. When I showed up at my appointment I was greeted by happy staff and Frank even got me an Espresso! The quickly got my car up on a jack and were removing my tire, "V" the mechanic was happy. energetic and was working with a smile. He explained the whole process to me. The rim that I was told was bent was not bent. The ran it on the machine and it ran 100% true. "V" installed my tire again on my car. Frank insisted that this was free as all they did was remove a tire and install it. You do not get this kind of service anymore. Five Star Rim Repair with 10 star service. Fantastic rim shop. Took them to fix a curb rash and they had done a beautiful job. The owner accommodated my time changes as well and charged a reasonable price. Will go back there again if I have to.
I had a crack on my 668M rims (BMW). I tried The Rims Guys first but unfortunately the problem wasn’t fixed in a sustainable manner. A tire shop highly recommended Five Star Rim Repair. I took my M550i to Frank. They inspected the rim and gave me a price for fix and balance the rim. It’s been two weeks and the fix is holding with no drop in tire psi. Highly recommended this shop.
