Our first time using the 859 Kipling location. Made arrangements with Peter & Andrew over the phone to drop off our car for certification. They were efficient, easy to deal with and professional. Our car passed without any major issues which for a well maintained 8 year old car is to be expected but you are at the mercy of the shop and mechanics as to what they may find or recommend. Active Green & Ross performed our certification with honesty and integrity and did not try to upsell anything that was not required. If you find an honest and trustworthy automotive shop like this one run by Andrew & Peter, then you have found a unicorn. These guys are awesome and I will continue to bring our vehicles to them for service. Thank you !!!

Vince and his team at Active Green + Ross went above and beyond to help me out this past weekend. Found myself in a sticky spot late Saturday afternoon and they were extremely friendly, accommodating, and professional. Fixed the problem in no time and were just genuinely pleasant to deal with. 100% recommended (including the caramel apples they had for sale supporting a good cause! Delicious!). Thanks again!
Mixed up appointment time and date and I paid for poor service with issue unresolved. The reason for failing safety was bogus reason ( hood strut) with recent repairs and inspection by other active green and Ross on Dundas and Lexus 2 weeks ago and no issues noted , other than brakes which were repaired, by these 2 reputable garages.
These guys have taken care of my car for years and never failed me. Always courteous and friendly, and usually finding a solution, no matter how baffling the problem. The bills are always fairly calculated and they are careful to explain everything associated with the quote. Staff are all helpful and the premises are clean and comfortable if you have to wait. There is a nice bakery next door where you can grab a coffee and a snack if you have to hang around. Bus stop is right there for easy travel if you are leaving your car for tire change etc. Thanks AG&R 859 for your service over the years.
This is my go-to place, i like this crew a lot. Sadly there's a lack of mask wearing at reception by the maintenance staff as they interact with the front desk.
