I recently had a very disappointing experience with YYZ Car Rental. When my husband returned the rental car, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, engaging in unnecessary arguments and failing to keep their promise of providing a ride back. They even went behind our backs and contacted the insurance directly, and to top it off, my husband never received his deposit back. It felt like they were almost bullying him. I strongly advise other customers to be cautious and avoid this company, as they are both fraudulent and rude.
Had a car accident and took tow truck here and YYZ waited after hours so I could get a rental car-which was way more convenient than trying to figure it out the next day. Easy experience from beginning to end.
Amazing rental experience here. Got my car into a collision and Mohit from YYZ Car Rental helped me big time. Coordinated with the insurance and charged them directly, didn’t take a single penny from me. The car I got was of my choice, great condition and very new.

Mohit was so kind and understanding when I was looking for a rental. I was in desperate need of a vehicle because I have a big event coming up. He was patient and assured me the rental would be ready in time. I was so surprised with his efficiency, I will definitely be renting from this location again!
I would love to leave a good review but I was informed two hours before my trip that the car was involved in a car accident at 5:20 in the morning. Canceling the booking and not offering a replacement forcing me to find somewhere else to rent from.
This is confusing because this is NOT at YYZ (Toronto International Airport), if you are trying to go to the Car Rentals at the Aiport YYZ, this is NOT the place!
