Barry and his team were incredibly helpful with our vehicle needs changing. Also close enough to the airport it makes sense to cab it here to save a few hundred bucks rather than renting direct from the airport. Would highly recommend
Horrendous customer service. Impossible to deal with after being in a car accident (rear ended). They charge my credit card over $1000 in an unauthorized charge. They charged me for six weeks of the rental instead of three days. They charged me from the time I picked it up until the time THEY picked it up from the tow truck yard. Just a terrible experience. Never again!
I appreciated being treated with friendliness and courteousy at the Belfield agency. All my questions were answered satisfactorily, with patience and eye contact, [which I always value!]. My vehicle was exactly what I wanted and I would not hesitate to recommend the agency to anyone.
The staff at this location - 19 Belfield - were just great. Very friendly and accommodating. Barry is clearly doing a great job and treats his staff well. I noticed that and I appreciated it.

Great service. Went on Thursday November 17,2022 for a car and as always Barry took care of me like I was a regular customer. Barry was there before 8am look after a customer before me and get me out of the office by 8:20.
How could I rate a service that I didn’t have access to? I mean I could have robbed a car since the employee wasn’t even paying attention of what I was doing (btw the tour I did with the Audi while your employee was telling me: « just pick a car and go to the office they will help you » was very fun). 1. Impossible to understand where is the entrance 2. It looks like an abandoned parking 3. They close without informing you and let you come with a booking to tell you « sorry we cannot give you a car ou manager left » 4. Their employees lie, they told me they couldn’t give me a car because the manager has the key to open the parking door, 10min later I see them opening it. 4. Employee tried to intimidate me by coming closer to me and start to be agressive, which didn’t work of course
