First-time visit and very impressed! I reserved a specific car, and to my surprise, I received a brand new model — clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The service was smooth, and both pick-up and drop-off were right on time. Highly satisfied and would definitely rent again.
Had a great experience with this Avis location for car rental. Both during pick-up and return we were helped by very friendly employees (during pick-up even routing tips were provided for our journey). As we were a day late for pick-up there was an issue with the rental fee, however this was properly fixed and invoiced in the end for the amount as included on the reservation. We got a free upgrade to a large model which was very new (only 4k on the clock). Would rent here again.
Very good service, everything is fast. I booked Chevrolet Spark, they give me absolutely new Toyota Corolla) if I will need to rent a car in the future, I will go to Avis on Dixon road
I rented car here for two weeks and extended for two more weeks. I wanted a split of bill for two weeks; requested this when I picked up the car. The person who was on the counter was really good and said that can be done while dropping off the car; he worked out on the amounts and was so good on answering all the questions. It was on June 13. But the person who was on the counter when I dropped off the car was so rude. He was telling that split of bills can’t be done: whoever informed you that was wrong. He shouldn’t have done that. Then he called the manager and the manager told that can be done. But he came back to us and told that debit card machine does not work. We told we have cash but he told they won’t accept cash. He was so rude and he did not even look at our face. And he asked to drop off the car at airport where we picked it up. We had no other option than to go to airport. This is not the way you treat customers/humans. This was on July 11. I want to give 0 stars for this guy and 5 stars for the other person.
I got ripped off. Employees were rude and intimidating. I'm contact Doug Ford, because they price gouged me. Worst experience ever. I will be contacting the district manager. And also pushed us out with when nothing was felt with and left us standing there saying we will get locked in.
Worse place to deal . Please don’t go here , highly unprofessional and arrogant staff . They have no idea why this place is open . They must shut down this place .
Had a pathetic customer service. The staff was extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Would have loved to interact with the location Manager and bring to their notice. I am a regular customer with Avis and have been renting past 2 years. And never experienced such a behaviour.
