Very poor customer service here, especially considering this is an “exotics” location. I had requested updates about a rental vehicle that was in their inventory set to be available on August 12th, and after many attempts to reach them - I never heard back. No update, no alternative options, no call backs. Very disappointing after years of renting with Enterprise. I will be switching to another rental service once my vehicle repairs are done.
Unpleasant experience. Unprofessional attitude by the manger (Rachad). I already had rented previous day a vehicle from rexdale location through my insurance, it was too large for me due shortness they forced me to take. I wasn't comfortable with it tried with rexdale had none. I decided to call head office on the phone with different representative what a waste of time I have learned afterwards. They reserved an a SUV for me to return at the same time at Carlingview location i got email confirmation. I drove there an employee at the counter i spoke with went in the back i can see him throw the glass spoke to the manager (Rachad) came back to me saying I have two options he said a little Mazda3 or a Truck. I see the SUV which reserved for me in the parking lot he refused to give me. I asked to speak to the manger so (Rachad) came out without listening to me said I don't have anything else for you you want to take or leave it. I didn't speak anymore. I just went in the truck divided to call head office on again and spoke with them again. I am sorry but I learned that the head office have no power on any location or stores. They asked me to go Airport to switch.
Ramin and Anthony are living legends. Never thought I’d be happy about getting into a car accident until I had my rental with These two gentlemen. God bless.
I recently rented a Jag F-Type for my birthday. Anthony handled my file and was pleasant to deal with. At the conclusion of the rental we had a billing dispute but it was quickly resolved. He sided with me. He didn't remember saying what he said but he sided with the client as the customer is always right as they say. He diffused things quickly and we parted ways amicably. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this depot again and to deal with Anthony. If you're looking at renting one of their vehicles ask for him, he understands customer service.
This location is the absolute worst rental car service I have ever dealt with. I unfortunately was forced to pick up a rental vehicle here from my insurance company, which is also a pathetic excuse for a customer service oriented company. I was practically bullied into taking all kinds of extra coverage and options that after returning the vehicle, was told were not covered by my insurer. I plead with you to consider any other rental agency other than these rip off artists.
Enterprise Carlingview was tremendously helpful, delivering and picking up our car in Oakville on our schedule, both times being later in the evening. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
