All the Enterprise locations I deal with are superb, thanks to the North York Prochilo Bros location, Rexdale, Rowntree Dairy and both tetminals at YYZ for making my church services smooth by accomodating me professionally. I have to say it is always a struggle to say which is better, so I just give all of them a big kudos for great service and being professional.
Today I went to this branch to extend my car rental. After the employee completed the extension and I paid, I was about to leave when she called me back and said they had charged me an extra $100 because she “miscalculated” my rental — and admitted it was her mistake. When I asked why she did that, she called her manager, ( Terence Fan ) . Without even asking what the issue was, he immediately raised his voice at me and said I would “pay the extra $100 whether I liked it or not.” His attitude was aggressive to the point that I felt unsafe and was close to calling the police. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The behavior from this branch felt completely unprofessional and dishonest . Thankfully, I called the main company and they resolved the issue and told me not to worry. This branch seriously needs better management and training
Great service, great experience. Spoke with Mr. Vyas and he went through everything with me, super fast, very friendly at both pickups and return. Car was clean, up to date and up to service. Came with half tank of gas. Will definitely be going back there
I can't say enough about the staff there; super friendly folks, they make sure we have small talks and getting customers comfortable before engaging in any business. The branch manager Thane Barnett is such a professional and customer oriented representative; he always goes above and beyond, month after month with every rental, on getting me options/alternatives that suit my needs. Pass by for any rental services! Highly recommended!
Extremely friendly and prompt service! The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The car was spotless and in perfect condition. Would 100% recommend this enterprise location!!!!
Great service by Enterprise Car Rental! They gave me a great replacement car which was very similar to my 2018 Camry and were also super quick with communication and coordination. I recommend them strongly and stand by their high quality service. Great Job Team!
