I got the pearl milk tea, 50% honey, with less ice, very delicious! Excellent and friendly customer service from Jamie. She was very fast and did a great job. I will definitely be back at this location soon!
Today we visited this location and were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Lynn. From the moment we arrived, she was patient, courteous, and attentive to our preferences. She took the time to understand exactly how we liked our milk tea and crafted it to perfection. Her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. It is rare to come across such dedicated service, and Lynn truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and delicious milk tea.
Amazing staff and service. Drinks were prepared in a short amount of time with the addition of a friendly chat with the workers and a delicious drink at the end. Would love to go back:D
Closed at nine, Walked in at 8:55 I literally rushed there and they wouldn’t serve me anything. Every business knows that they’re open until the last advertised minute. Other than this I love their teas, I hope they will do better
Young girl with blond long hair was super friendly!! Always helpful everytime i go. Last time i was there early and she still took my order Minutes before opening and made a delicious chocolate bubble tea for my teen daughter that she loved!!! Today i went in and asked for a mixed drink that wasnt on the menu and she happily did it. Came out delicious!!! Mango and lychee slush!!! My mom liked it soo much she even got one too. Super happy with the service, the attention to detail. She's got such an amazing vibe and beautiful smile, its truly a great experience everytime I go in. Will Definitely keep coming every chance i get. I don't really get a chance to encounter such awesome customer service now a days its a breath of fresh air.
I’m a regular at Kung Fu Tea, and this store is by far my favourite location. The drinks are always consistent and drink recommendations are always on point. Not to mention how friendly and engaging the staff is - they make a point of getting to know their customers and remembering details about their drink preferences and personal lives. Brings a smile to my face every time I get a drink here. Thank you ♥️
Amazing customer service when being helped at the front counter. The staff always has a smile on their face, amazing suggestions always. The guys making the drinks are also very friendly, asking if the drinks were good. Great location, always clean, I highly recommend it. Keep it up guys!! ☺️
