20 minutes to make waffles is baffling. Tip: If your new employee can't make it the first time, thats fine, but you need to make the 2nd one for them so the customer isn't waiting long. This is why I stopped tipping before service. Not giving it 1 star only because previous experiences at this location (during the day) were great.

I always have a great experience at Gong Cha, The service is fast and friendly. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea and it was delicious perfectly sweet and really refreshing. Perfect after a tiring long day.

I even showed the official app to the staff about the free upgrade size promotion. And on store ads screens Aug 11, 2025 She still said a fee was required for the upgrade size.

I’ve been coming here for months and I’m always impressed. The team is professional and welcoming, the place is spotless, and the service is outstanding. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Definitely a gem in the area!

Too slow, I kept waiting literally at the counter and called the worker like 2 times to place an order and THERE WAS ONLY 1 person working. Like WHY The order was a simple strawberry matcha with light ice - and she GOT THAT WRONG as well. My whole drink was filled with ice and foam was really an upsetting amount. For a $7 drink- IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE.

Henry just made me the best drink!!! I got the mango green tea and it was the best I have ever tasted!!! Normally when I get it at other locations, the mango syrup doesn’t fully dissolve but THISS ONEEE was PERFECT!!!!
