Fast service, really good tea and baked goods. Reanna was really good answering questions about the different teas and flavours as it was my first time.
Always a solid experience with the food/drinks, but unfortunately majority of days the store closes earlier than posted on google and outside the store too. Even with the open sign still lit and flashing outside the storefront, employees will close the door ~1-1.5 hours early and clean up. This has happened at least 6 times in the past where I will come between 8:30p-9:30 and the store is locked. (Both with and without employees present inside the establishment)
We love chatime. This location is the closest to us and I am very happy we have this one. The quality of the product and the store itself is very well maintained. You can never go wrong with getting bobba here. We love the pearl oat latte. The seasonal option with the jasmine tea was awesome too. And to top it off. The point system. Holy smokes. Please don't take that away. My wife get like 4 for us and we literally get free drinks after. Yes yes and yes. This is the place to be.
I ordered a strawberry matcha latte with bubbles, and it was delicious. The others in the group all enjoyed their drinks as well. The service was quick and there was a place available to sit down.
Went more than 1 hour before closing and they didn't have any pearls; regular and brown sugar. Not too sure if the workers are lazy to restock pearls when they run out but doesn't make sense to have the most common topping unavailable a whole hour before closing. Might as well just close at 9 then if half the options aren't even available.
3 stars for the very nice crews. Minus 2 stars due to error in my orders, no pearls on my Pearl Milk Tea :( and the other drink not properly sealed that spilled in the bag only half was left :( but the rest of the other two more drinks are good, I also ordered 3 cakes I will have to check later if no issue and will give an update. This is my go to Chat time store and first time to experince this. Probably today is just some of those random off days. But rest of the other days are excellent for me. I will still go to this store...
Got hooked on bubble tea in Uni, and Chatime is probably the best of the chain places to get it. Haven't tried much beyond their excellent standard pearl milk tea, but the brown sugar version was nice (especially the foam they put on top, the cream-cheesiness really helped cut the sweetness) and the Thai spiced version was also fun. Service is quick and there's a hundred options to suit everyone's tastes, would recommend
