Very bad experience I have had a very bad experience with the GMC dealership. I came here for an oil change service and they took 2 hours After that, when I asked if everything was good, they said yes. I was in doubt, so I said, please check my filters in front of me. When they checked the filters, they were dirty. They said they should change them. Then I did it. I will advise to everdone don't trust him double check everything
Worst service ever i have seen .. don’t buy any vechile from them . And never send anything to get repair they just keep u waiting specially when its warranty job . I have fleet of 12 trucks . Once i send my truck in they never give truck back before 3 months keep telling me parts are back order . As i order it my self it came in 3 days . Its all because my truck in warranty and they have no experienced mechanic or hoist available to start fixing the truck Highly dissatisfying service
Brought in my car for a diagnosis for an issue where my car would stall while driving. They had the car for 6 days, claimed they couldn't replicate it and sent me off without any recommendation on how to proceed or possible areas of concern and still took my money. The mechanic gave me his number to call him if the issue recurs again. Not even 15 mins after driving off the lot, I stalled again at an intersection. Tried calling the number multiple times while stuck on the road, no answer. This makes me really question if they even tried driving the car at all. I took the car to my local shop and on the same day, they told me the issue was due to a part recall in 2014 so I will be fixing it shortly. It's crazy how they claimed their mechanics have years of experience yet couldn't advise me on how to move forward after this. And to ignore my calls while I was stuck on the side of the road after saying he'll pick up and address the issue was really something.
After calling a few dealership that is closer to me I ended up driving an hour away to purchase a vehicle at GM woodbine. Mira Maslianka was a big helped right from the get go. She asked all the questions and ended up saving me over a thousand dollars compared from the other dealersship with the same vehicle that I want. They are all very helpful. Thank you Mira and keep up the good work.

The service department has been my go to for the past 10 years. Julian the service advisor is outstanding! It's nice to have things explained to you and what is in your best interest.
The service department is absolutely terrific. Julian has taken care of us for about 7 years since we bought the pickup truck and GMC Terrain. I would never consider going anywhere else, even to another GMC dealer and I go out of my way to ensure that Julian will be there when I schedule service. I totally trust him to know what we need and don't need and feel like he's really looking out for our needs. I am even planning to take a Lexus into them as the Lexus dealership that a family member purchased has been a disaster. That highly respected and so called "premium" dealership has been dismissive of her and repeatedly failed to resolve issues, or escalate to the manufacturer while it was under warranty. Years later, the Lexus isn't usable and we won't buy another Lexus. That's exactly the opposite of our experience with Leggat and Julian. They frankly set a new gold standard, and while I may not always buy GMC if the vehicles aren't always highly ranked (in the category), I'm hoping to always work with Julian and Leggat for service.,
