I brought my car to Delta Tire after an accident, based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. Murat repeatedly asked me to bring my car in, only to turn me away with no work done, wasting multiple days of my time. He also only seemed to take my concerns seriously when I was accompanied by male relatives, which was concerning. After months of delays, the car was finally “repaired,” but the work was poor. The bumper was still damaged, and the paint was chipped and poorly done. When I tried to get the issues addressed, I received only excuses about delays. My car is still not properly repaired. I feel my trust was taken advantage of, and I cannot recommend Delta Tire to anyone. Highly unprofessional and incompetent.
