Best German auto service in GTA (and I’ve worked with many after 30 years of Merc, BMW and Audi ownership ( a classic love/hate/misery relationship) finally found a garage I can trust to do great work at a fair price. Thanks to their specialized experience and expertise with German cars they know what most common problems are and how to fix it properly. Frank can spot a problem quickly and make well informed recommendations on what needs to be done to make it right. They also have very good access to German parts at reasonable prices so they get parts quickly and do repairs faster. Toni delivers seamless front of house customer service experience. They’re the dream team of German auto service. Just wish I’d found them 30 years ago…could have saved a fortune and slept better knowing I’m in very good hands.
I called and spoke to the nicest woman who got me in the same day. Everyone was so friendly and amazing. I left with my car completely fixed! It is so hard to find trustworthy services who don’t just want to fool you and overcharge, but they were so kind and helpful. I am not going to go anywhere else from now on!
2 years of satisfied service...until i found out at the Audi dealership that my vehicle had engine issues that were brushed off by the mechanic and owner as not needing service at the time, until it got bad enough that it ended up costing me the car. Also, suspension and steering repair work was rushed and not completed according to Audi code, and had to replace the suspension components again. Very disappointed in you Frank.
