I have basically had nothing but trouble with other places who would not help with my clogged sunroof drains, Marino's Subaru refused to do it as well. Even though they had done it once before they turned my business away. I was lucky to find Islington Village Automotive and was very quickly booked for the next day after I called. Dave cleaned out the drains and made sure that they were working properly. It took no time at all! I did have to go back again today with another issue that could have been a big problem. It was another issue that my mechanic said they probably couldn't fix but the problem with that is that they had created the issue. And again, Dave came to the rescue and it was such a simple thing that the other mechanic did wrong but wouldn't even give me the time to look at it to see if it could be fixed or not. I have to say I will be giving all my business now with my car to Islington Village Automotive and highly recommend Dave and his team for the best service you will likely find anywhere. It's a pleasure doing business with someone who is honest, extremely helpful and very kind.
I was introduced to this place when I had a insurance claim. I am so happy as they offer the best service! I will never go anywhere else. They are very accomodating and always go the extra mile. I had to leave my car for service and Dave offered me his car to go to Sherway while I wait! I have complete confidence in the service. The are truly lovely to deal with.
