I visited for a safety certificate and a synthetic oil change, and the service was fast. The staff communicated politely, and the pricing was honest with no surprises. However, the coffee in the waiting area was absolutely terrible—definitely not their strong point. Overall, great service!
Kingsway has been my car maintenance provider since way back when they were actually IN the Kingsway and for years before that. A proper owner operated mechanic. Their world is car repair and they have earned my loyalty for more years than I care to count!
I tried 3 time get what I expect from garage done all times I live this Garage not happy. 1) Car too bad conditions cleanliness to. To expensive 2) emissions test they say to me “ if you don’t like our services go we’re you liked ...” 3) I came in morning asking to TLC but refused to do anything before boss come . Any whey’s I’m glad not done any service from such unprofessional Garage mechanics.
Sam and his team at Kingsway Auto consistently deliver great service at a reasonable price. Last week I had an emergency situation as the car wouldn't start. They picked up my car and fixed ignition issue as well as a chipped windscreen within two days, and provided a loaner car because I had family over from Europe. Thank you Sam!
Biggest rip off with a smile i ever had, for those who have been going there for a while, just think and look at what he charges and the quality of the work,It is laughable ,They do not care about your car they take every short cut they can so they can bill you quick,Then you need another shop to fix all the mess they created
Overpriced. This is the kind of places that smile at you and stab you in the back. i went there because I needed the certificates to change the plates of my car to te province of ontario. They said I need a gas inspection to change plates and it was unnecessary at Service Ontario. Plus the mechanical inspection they did was so strict that my car didn't pass and they told me I had to spend 1000cad in spare parts and labour, of course at Kingsway Auto. I went to another mechanic who told me my car was OK and just had normal wear on parts and issue the certificate.
