My family and I got in to an accident that was pretty traumatic for my kids. My entire back door, tire, rim, wheel well was severely damaged from being hit. My insurance company sent me to Conquest Auto for assessment & repairs. I couldn't have had a better experience. On assessment day it was raining they assisted me with and umbrella to and from my vehicle. After assessment day the process to drop off my car was so fast & speedy. I then had a rental from enterprise for 5 days only & my car was already ready! The staff is so friendly & professional. They really make the process the most comfortable experience. And the cherry on top when I picked up my car it was detailed!!! Exterior was cleaned, interior was cleaned & polished, rims & tires cleaned and polished my car looked brand new. And for my fellow parents we know the kids destroy the back seat. My car was so clean I couldn't believe it, I also DID NOT expect it. So very nice of them such a great place highly highly recommend. Front desk staff is so friendly! Mechanic staff amazing! Overall top tier experience!
Great people and very cooperative. Mike did an excellent work and it was a pleasure experience with him. The communication and understanding between us was A+. The workmanship is outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to get your car fixed.
The team at Conquest did an amazing job. I brought in a new EV to the Market that they had never worked on before. (Fisker Ocean). They took instructions from Fisker and safety disassembled and reassembled the vehicle in order to fix a deep scratch on the fender. They were also able to color match perfectly even though the new car company did not provide a color code yet. All in all very professional and solved whatever challenges came their way. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great quality at a fair price.
Took my Mini in when a man in a Range Rover SUV reversed into the side of my car. My insurance was being surprisingly stingy with getting me a rental, but Pet at Conquest Auto worked with me to find a solution so I could have a rental when I needed for the weekend. The folks at Conquest took nice care of my car and fixed the damaged panel. During the repair they found more damage and had to order another part and let me know. Only then did Desjardins call me to offer me an unlimited rental booking. Sigh. Got the call that my car was ready and they had cleaned it so it was practically sparkling. Great service, great folks here, hopefully I don't need anymore bodywork anytime soon but at least I know where to go if I do!
Andrew was great, gave honest advice and service. Very quick to order parts for repair and fair price for their work. Even helped arrange my rental car for me and it was a breeze dropping off and picking up my vehicle from repair. They also washed my car before returning it to me. Great job guys!
These guys are first class. They fixed my car over 5 years ago as an insurance claim. I noticed the rubberized seal around the wheel well was starting to peel (apparently there was a problem with that batch of product not their workmanship). I brought it to them and they promptly fixed the problem free of charge. Although they made no money on this repair they treated me like a V.I.P. I highly recommend these guys for all your auto body needs.
When you walk in you will meet Iga from the front desk,I feel very lucky to have her in my corner, she came through with getting me 2 new fobs, trust me this was not easy as the guy never answers or is elusive (the price was right).Hopefully you will meet Andrew, from the moment we talked i could trust him this doesn't happen often!I went on vacation and came back to my vehicle looking like it came from the show room everything was 100%.If you are looking for Honest,Caring and Professional Vehicle and Collision experts this is the only place to go! Another note Andrew was not impressed with the first detailing of my truck and he sent it back to be redone, another expert touch .
