No one answers the phone at this location. I've been calling for the past two weeks on different dates and at different times to ask about my upcoming appointment, which I booked on their website.
Went in for a quick service - my first time at this Volkswagen dealership and I have to say, Frank S is a legend. He greeted us right away, made sure we were taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He even arranged a last-minute shuttle for us so we could get home and back with zero stress. Service was smooth, professional, and honestly way above expectations. Thank you, Frank, for the amazing experience. Easily a 5-star Michelin-level service!
Really disappointing service here - took it in for checking out my brakes and a noise in my suspension which they could not do anything about and the issue still persists. I'm not convinced they took the tires off to fix my brakes
I contacted this dealership because after leaving voice messages with no response at the 401/dixie dealership, I thought I would try a new location. Here, I was able to speak to someone in the service department, but they could not answer my questions. The person took my information down and advised that a service advisor would call me back. I never received a call back. Two different dealerships, same result. I don't want to waste my time attending in person to ask questions when it could be done over the phone.
Attention all buyers don’t not buy Tiguan’s . My 2021 Tiguan is shaking while driving in the snow which is absolutely not safe. Apparently VW knows about this and haven’t told a there customers who owns tiguans not until it happens to you on the highway then they will be like it’s a normal. This is not normal for 2021 vehicle. And every owner of a 2021 Tiguan should be aware because it is absolutely not safe. They reasons for the shaking was snow build up in tires and rims. Which makes no sense because no other car in our drive way is building up snow in the rims and tires.. I don’t believe VW because they’re liars just like they lied about the fuel economy for there vehicles a while ago. Once a liar always a liar.
