If you are going to sell your car to other and need safety, this old guy will show you thousands of problem even if your car is in Tip Top condition. And if you already bought a car and need safety for registration, he will give you safety without even inspecting a car and with having a lots of problems. This guy should be banned from the ministry. All I can say is never deal with this thrifty guy.
I have been going to VAP auto repairs since I bought my first car in 2007, the service they provide, whether it be oil changes, seasonal tire changes, etc IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! They are true professionals!
I have been going to VAP for 3 years now. They just did an alternator replacement for me. I am super happy with the service, repair quality and pricing . It's all very fair. Malik may appear gruff to people but he has always been honest and fair with me. No surprises. I am confused by some of the negative comments here. They don't at all match my dealings with them. I have no issues recommending them.
I have been bringing my both cars 2015 Audi A3 and 2013 VW Jetta for repairs, tires, oil change and have excellent experience dealing with owner for years. Don’t know why negative reviews about him. You can’t bargain here but he has told me very fair prices in the first time and so very genuine. Once I brought my new car here for oil change and I wasn’t sure if Oil was changed by dealer, shop mechanic told me no need to change Oil and they charged me nothing. For their honesty I still come here even though I moved to Brampton. Thanks VAP and Owner for good experience. Edit on 2024: Original owner retired, new guy took over who told me to replace brakes in the first trip. He had no idea that Audi car will let u know if brakes needs to be replaced by displaying message on dash. Jetta had one headlight bulb dead he advised to book appointment other day as it is electrical issue. ($200) fee for that. I went to Canadian tire bought the bulb and replaced myself after watching YouTube video. Now customer service is down the drain. I ended up finding a new mechanic shop now and stopped going to this place.
The owner of the store Malik very angry guy with high temper they don’t even fix your car they don’t test your car all the one is your money so I suggest don’t take your car to this guy very rude person
