I took my car there. I just said hi as a regular costumer, and Sunny just asked for my car keys and said I’ll give you a call so you can come back, no ETA. I asked if I should stick around. And he just said “get another guy. Cause I’m not gonna do the work for you.” I don’t think I was disrespectful nor rude. I just asked one question

(Only time I ever resorted to another mechanic was when sonny was on vacation and boy did I figure out the hard and expensive way just how awesome Sonny is.) Sonny and his mechanics are honest, hardworking, ethical and skilled professionals. They’ve saved me and my cars in various ways over the years, going above and beyond to give my cars a continued lease on life, work magic in impossible situations, and are experts in diagnosing issues and comes up with fixes and lasting solutions. He’ll only charge you what it honestly took (parts and labour) and has never gouged me or overcharged. Just an honest, excellent mechanic. And they’re quick!
