Went into to look at a new maverick pick up. Gave them a list of options I wanted. They said they would get back to me. Never heard back from them. Decided to go with the Ranger. Bought it from another dealer. That’s what happens when you don’t Follow up with a customer
Bring your vehicle here if you want to deal with unlimited NPCs. #Misery #Regret What should have been a simple fix—a basic wind-noise issue—somehow became an 8 month nightmare through the most spectacularly incompetent service center I’ve ever encountered. Every visit, every call, every email felt like stepping into a new chapter of idiocy. They claimed it was “fixed.” It wasn’t. Then they ordered the wrong parts. Then they received the wrong parts. Then the advisor handling my case vanished for two weeks after telling me to book another appointment. They actually told ME to contact their own parts department to confirm the arrival of the parts. I’m sorry — what? Sister, that is YOUR job. I do not work for Ford. I do not clock in. I am not on your payroll. I’m still waiting on the countless emails you said you were “sending me”. Every mix up they try to remedy it with a “FREE CAR WASH!” It’s like you’re part of an SNL skit. Every visit introduced a new not playable character who had no idea what was going on — a lineup of confused, blank-staring individuals who looked at me like I was speaking ancient royal dialect. The level of disorganization was comical. It's as if the entire service center is staffed by people actively trying to outdo each other in incompetence. A waste of time, gas, energy, and patience. 8 months of back-and-forth for nothing. This experience alone is enough for me to swear off Ford for life. If you enjoy chaos, confusion, wasted days, and dealing with people who appear allergic to basic responsibility, this is your paradise. Garbage service. DO BETTER.
Tried this dealership, but it’s time for the service rip off!!!! Came with the ford lightning, installed brand new Michelin tires THEY SAYING NEED ROTATION ( WHY?) Tell them to check Night Light ( AFTER 1 Week They said Need a new battery ( did not have any problems until brought to the dealer) Didn’t fix what I asked to fix, excel was very greasy because the seal was very off. I told them to look as I have full coverage coverage from bumper to bumper. They only clean with the brake cleaner( they said you have still warranty up to 240000km . I understand the tough time for everyone, they become even more greedy !!! The reason I came to this dealership even, because I bought from this dealership and had a lot of problems even that time and was hoping the service department should be good as I have full warranty coverage (BUT NOT THEY ARE SCAMMERS WILL FiND THE OTHER WAY TO SCAM YOU!!!
Sales people don’t know what they are doing- Horrible and very disappointing experience with the sales guy Mr Sharma - it was sheer waste of time as expectations were set very high and outcome was BIG zero!!!
i bought a brand new truck 22ford f150 truck off the lot, and it shut off the next day and I received message on the ford app saying powertrain malfunction Low voltage and truck went dead and had to be towed . few months down. the road same garbage reading also accompanied with 4x4 malfunction and low voltage. I think they might be doing this deliberately so that you could run in and trade it early.
I always have a great service appointment when I take my car here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly plus they do a great job. Major shout out to Tanya for always helping me with my bad luck of car problems. 10/10 would recommend brining your car here for service.
