That is the worst service in Toronto. After their alignment I had to pay 2000 cad to restore the car. They almost don’t speak English and can’t explain what did the do so car refused to go. ALL THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE MOST LIKELY FAKE DON’T GO THERE !!!!
!!!Please read this one!!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I used to go to this shop only because they didn’t require appointments and the prices were cheap. But now I know the reason — cheap here means careless and unprofessional. Over the years, they made countless mistakes: once they installed oversized brake pads that overheated badly, other times they “fixed” one problem but created another, or did a repair so poorly that I had to come back again shortly after. And yet, foolishly, I kept returning, thinking at least they could handle something as basic as an oil change. But no. The last visit was the worst experience ever. While driving, the oil light came on and within seconds my engine started knocking. I called CAA and had my car towed home. When I checked the oil — it was almost empty, and what little was there was pitch black. A normal, professional mechanic later confirmed what really happened: these guys hadn’t been changing the oil at all — only replacing the stickers on the windshield. By the time I passed the next scheduled mileage for an oil change, the engine was already destroyed. Because of their negligence, I had to replace the entire engine and several other parts, which cost me $7,000. This is beyond unacceptable. Their so-called “specialty” is Japanese cars, but if you value your vehicle, your money, and your time — stay far away from this place.
Bought a used car for terry and there was a rebuilt transmission on the car and he gave me a warranty on the transmission and when i brought the car back to him to have it checked and to get it replaced he did a transmission flush and he told me everything is okay and the same issue happen to the car again a couple days later and i brought it back he said he will call his friend who does the transmission for the car and that he will call me back within a couple days and i waited for a week and he didnt call back and i went back to his shop and hes not there his son steven said that he will be back in a hour i waited for 3 hours and he never showed up and when i went to the back his car was at the back lot. What type of bussiness that doesnt answer phone calls? Avoid tach automotive at all causes if you want a broken car go to them and buy a car and you will see this bussiness the owners are a bunch of scammer. I will be taking this to BETTER BUSSINESS BURREAU for this matter.
My car refused to start and i called tow truck he charged me 200$ cash for less than 3 kilometres to bring it to Tach Automotive it was Thursday i left the key to the owner he wrote my phone number i suspect it's the starter and it was !!! The owner name is Terry i call their business number daily from two different numbers this people never answer my phone calls i went daily with uber wasted so much money for a week they never tach my car !!! After one week they changed my starter and never call me !!! Stay away they over charge me and wasted 7 days to change my starter !!! This people using illegal practices i will be reporting them to BBB
My car was there for over two months. I asked if they worked on bmws before the job started said yes. After the two months my car was never fixed my battery was damaged and my car was also damaged while on the lot. They gave me my car back with the battery portion not assembled properly and my under car protector in my back seat would not recommend at all. Two months and nothing but damages done to my vehicle
Not reliable. I changed my Rear Bumper from here. They changed the body perfectly but they didn’t check for the inside problem or wiring system. My blind spot is not working properly. My brake lights are like sometimes working or disappearing again and again which is very annoying. I called them and showed them, and didn’t got any help. They charged me $1700 only for a rear bumper which is very expensive and didn’t fixed my car properly and asking me for more money. Hence, not reliable.
