I had an excellent experience with this auto shop. They helped me fast and did everything very professionally. Paul was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are more than fair — they replaced the front shafts on my car for $400, while Canadian Tire was trying to rip me off for $1500 in labor alone. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

They completed an oil change (3 litres) and a front headlight bulb replacement on my son’s 2016 Mini Cooper, and also handled a hood liner replacement on my Mercedes-Benz C300—all while I waited! The work was done quickly, with no fuss, and the quality was top-notch. It’s rare to find a shop that combines speed with such attention to detail. Started off as a great shop, but the truth came out quickly. Their work may be good, but integrity is not. Ei, some newer cars oil lights come on, depsite not reaching the desired milage. Will trick someone to chage their oil way too early. Also, you get new tires, you book an appointment for an alignment. Car doesnt need it, pay me right now. Always seems to ask for money. Even if you TRY to book an appointment, theres no sympathy to your situation, youll just get "good luck bringing it on monday, we are too busy kinda thing" Bottom line, they seem to good work, i just cannot trust people like this.
I recently took my car in for service at Superior Automotive. I don't use any other mechanic. I've known Paul and Rick for 15 years and they are the best mechanics I have ever known.
