Took my M235i in for service. As per their website I booked an appointment, arrived on time and dropped my car off. They were very transparent with my service. They even pointed out things missed by my previous mechanic shop. (I switched because my previous shop added hidden fees and never came close to the estimate.) Johnny was very clear about the price and they even saved me a couple of bucks compared. I'll definitely go back even though they are a bit out of the way. Worth the money and worth the trip!
Been with these guys for 7 years and 3 BMWs. They go great lengths to make sure that not only is the requested work done well, but look for and fix things that I didn't even know were issues without seeing it as an opportunity to upcharge. They'll also tell me when something I want is overkill or unnecessary, so I have confidence they aren't after my pockets. A rare find among shops these days. They've also gotten me out of more sticky situations than I should have been in, with quick turnaround. Things like blown coolant hoses, broken springs due to potholes and shoddy work from another shop that would have left me stranded were addressed on the day of and I didn't need to figure out how I was going to get to work. Downtime is always minimal. My current car sees regular track use and for that level of output, I need the peace of mind that the car will survive. This is where their racing pedigree becomes valuable. I finished this season with no major issues and a car that delivered from start to finish. Rocco's race knowledge along with Giovanni's sound technical understanding of their race cars have made their way to my build and I feel confident working with them going forward. These guys are sharp, experienced and honest. The shop is clean and they are very disciplined in their approach, which is why they're able to do as well as they do as a two man operation (which is crazy to me).
SEVERE WARNING – ILLEGAL DATA MISUSE & MALICIOUS SLANDER I am posting this updated record because the owner of RMP Motors has deleted their previous public replies. This deletion is a calculated attempt to hide their changing stories and avoid accountability for a severe violation of my privacy. I am writing this specifically to warn the local enthusiast community—whether you drive an M2, M3, M4, or other M-spec vehicle—that your personal data is not safe here. The most offensive aspect of my experience was the unlawful misuse of my private information. I provided my name and contact details strictly for a service quote for my vehicle. This private data was subsequently disclosed by RMP staff to a local third party, the Black Eagle bar. I have direct confirmation of this leak. Using customer data for anything other than professional service is a gross ethical violation and a breach of trust that no BMW owner should accept. Despite their attempts to claim I was never a customer, the owner previously admitted in a now-deleted comment that they "always take name and phone number" of anyone entering. Furthermore, the CCTV image I have uploaded was sent to me by RMP staff during a campaign of harassment demanding I remove my review. They could only possess this footage and my contact details if I was a legitimate visitor seeking service. Before deleting their replies to scrub the record, they falsely accused me of "threatening" staff with a weapon. This was a malicious fabrication designed to slander me and distract from the data breach. By deleting these comments, they have tacitly admitted their narrative was indefensible. Do not trust this business with your M-car or your personal data. They have demonstrated they are willing to leak private information to third parties and fabricate public lies to cover their tracks.
I went took my 2017 bmw to get the cover gasket changed and spend $1,400 and they screwed it up even more i call them the next day and said theres oil still leaking and they said bring it back we will check it once i took it back they said $200 to get it checked out on top of the money i already paid to get it fixed then i payed the $200 they said they need another $1,600 to changed few pipes dont waste your money here they're not so special like they say they are, if i had to go back i would go to dealership and spend $200 more but atleast i will feel better that they will respect my car
This is the car repair shop with the worst service attitude in Toronto. I made an appointment on the website to inspect my vehicle, but when the appointed time came, no one came to the store to greet me. I asked a technician if he could inspect my car for me. He said that I didn’t make an appointment. I need to call the store to make an appointment for the next time. Can you make an appointment for me in person? He said no, he could only make a phone call. After I went out, I called and found that the person who just answered the phone was laughing (because my English is not very good) and laughing with his friends and making fun of me. The service attitude is very poor. I will never come again. I hope it will close down soon.
Rocco and Giovanni are hands down the best in the business. Extreme attention to detail and their knowledge when it comes to all generation BMW platforms is unparalleled. I have been coming here for over a year now for regular maintenance and track prep work for my F87 and every time the job is finished earlier than I expected and I'm informed along the way if anything needs my attention. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of work that is performed. I'm very particular about my car and I trust RMP wholeheartedly.
Hands down best BMW mechanic shop in the city. They fixed another shops screw up and fixed a few things the other shop missed. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you Rocco and Johnny. *Update... Still coming here, still the best service!
