I had an AMAZING experience with this shop! Sean was incredibly approachable and took the time to explain everything and even show me exactly what was wrong with my car—no rushing, no guessing, just honest and clear communication. My exhaust pipe was completely broken, and he suggested installing a flex pipe (I think that’s the right term), and WOW, he did an awesome job! Their pricing is super reasonable too. I’m so impressed and will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!
I have been a customer of Expert Mechanix since 1996. During that time Ehsan has performed work for me on a variety of makes of cars from large projects such as head gasket replacement, subframe replacement, suspension, air conditioning and electrical repairs to small jobs such as anti-freeze, brake fluid, oil and tire changes. The work is done well, finished when promised and all at a reasonable price.
I am very pleased with the service I received at Expert Mechanix. Shawn and his team were first class through out the entire process, for example Shawn would frequently reach out to me with in depth updates on progress and ways that he can cut costs on the total. I brought my mercedes in with a very complicated issue that some shops wouldn't even want to take on but Shawn and his team dedicated themselves to fixing it and getting my vehicle back on road as soon as possible. I am naturally weary of the auto repair industry because of my lack of knowledge on auto mechanics but Expert Mechanix does things the right way and have definitely earned my trust.
Found Shawn and Expert Auto Mechanix based on the other reviews, and I'm glad I did. Not only did he correctly diagnose the issue with my vehicle, saving me from spending money on unnecessary repairs, he also identified the problem as a safety issue that could've put me in a much worse position. Super fast and friendly service, at a great price. Shawn thoroughly explained to me what the issue was, along with a few other things I need to take care of in the future. Not once did he pressure me to do more than what was required, and I will be going back to him for the future work as well.
Great efficient service, very detailed and accurate about his work, I have had repairs done at Expert Auto Mechanix for 13+ years never was I displeased with the repairs. Hard to find a true Auto Technician these but I am happy to have taken my business to Expert Auto Mechanix. Keep up the good work and ill make sure to spread the word.
