I usually don’t write reviews, but I really felt the need to share this. Finding an honest mechanic is rare these days, and Danny at All Type Transmission is truly one of the good ones. I came in after being told by another shop that I needed major repairs. Instead of just doing the work and charging me, Danny actually took the time to inspect everything, show me what was going on, and explain what was urgent and what wasn’t. No pressure. No upselling. Just straight, honest advice. The quality of the work was excellent — my vehicle is running smoother than it has in a long time. But beyond the repair itself, what stood out most was the professionalism and respect. Danny communicates clearly, charges fairly, and truly cares about the people who come to him. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust — someone who does the job right and treats you with honesty — go see Danny at All Type Transmission. It’s the kind of shop you stick with for life.
Best guy ever! He helped me a lot with the transmission issue I had with my car, got it fixed quickly, and now it drives like new. Super honest, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Definitely the person to go to if you want your car in good hands!
I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic. I found him to be unreliable and overly focused on profit rather than providing fair service. For example, he quoted me $250 for a part that costs around $70, and an additional $500 for a job that typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour. I was ultimately able to get the issue resolved elsewhere for a total of $150. What was even more concerning is that despite quoting $750, he did not provide any guarantee or take ownership of the repair. I strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing this shop.
HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP . This is a long read but must read before you take your car here. A friend of mine guided me to take my car to all types of transmission to get my transmission fixed last year. The first time around after Danny having my car for over a 2-week period my transmission slipped on the way home on the highway resulting in me having to call the tow truck waiting 2 hours on the side of the highway and then getting it towed right back to his shop keep in mind I have already paid approximately 3,000 for Danny to have supposedly rebuilt my transmission. After this Danny had my car for another 2 week period where the car did make it home but I did notice it was driving weird it still had lack of power and took a while to accelerate to full speed on the highway it wasn't fully fixed. It was still drivable and I dealt with it for a little while until the car actually started losing power while I was driving. I called Danny back where I explained the issues and he basically was calling me out telling me that I was lying in the car drives perfectly fine. Saying it must be the way I was driving it and blaming it on the type of car that I had not the incompetence of his work. During this period I did take it to several other mechanics and they were telling me that the transmission is slipping and it is a transmission problem. Even taking it back to the Nissan dealership and have them diagnosed a car doing software upgrades with no improvement in performance and then telling me it was my transmission Danny consistently proceeded to tell me that I need to upgrade the software and that he did it and Nissan lied that I owed him $500 because he did the upgrade to the software. With all that being said I called Nissan while I was at the shop and they told me know if they did the software that Danny the mechanic I was at was lying. With all that being said my car was diagnosed after Danny had my car a third time this time being a 3-week period . The car driving in the exact same state I brought it to him in. I did test drive the car around the block which there was no visible problems until a week after driving the car where are the transmission kept slipping several times during my drive. Resulting in me having to pull over several times until the gear kick back in sometimes while my two young children were in the car with me. It is not safe to take it on the highway whatsoever . And I can only use my car for local driving with that being said to the store and back basically. This has resulted in me having to sell my car as is in hoping I can get some sort of money is worth for the car considering it only had $140,000 km on it. Danny refused to give my money back and refused to take any sort of accountability for his poor customer service , lack of services he provided and putting me in danger with giving me a vehicle that's unsafe to drive. Please and I say please do not trust this mechanic and do not bring your vehicle here he will scam you and steal your money. The car is in great condition other than needing a new transmission anyone interested please DM me . And the only reason why I gave it one star is because I wouldn't let me continue without giving it a star

I have had business with Danny for over ten years, or five cars. From bumper to bumper he has done everything. I have stuck with him because he always been honest, professional and practical. Many times he has advised against doing things because they are not necessary just yet.
