I have only had the truck there twice. Once for exhaust clip that was broken. My other mechanic claimed he had fixed it twice only to have it fall off again within a few days. Aligntek had it repaired within a couple hours...maybe less. And has never fallen off since. Charged a great price. I took the truck back for a major repair. After having the damaged explained it was decided the truck wasn't worth it. No charge to look it over. I feel like I can trust this place. Will definitly be back.
Great mechanics! I took my escalade here to get the lifters replaced and was quoted about 50% of what Cadillac/Gm quoted. Highly recommend coming here for anyone who needs to get their American cars serviced for things that are complicated
Honest and trustworthy. I was recommended to go from a family friend a couple years ago and have been going back ever since. I think the pricing is more than fair, but car maintenance is not cheep when done right without even going overboard. Updating: I just recently sold my car second hand based on a referral from someone else who trusts this shop and John in particular. If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would.

This was my third visit in the last 4 months. Different car each visit with different work required. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic who fixed all of them. I am very happy with them. Will always go there and refer other people too.
I was introduced to John from a friend. He mentioned to me the people at ALIGNTEK know there stuff and do a great job so I took my car there. John and Mark we were very helpful and extremely easy to work with. I asked if he could have my car done by a specific day and he did just that. UPDATE JULY 2025: I won't go to any other auto centre to take my car for servicing, oil changes, etc. Mark, Jonathan and their team members are the best and they are really nice people, too. As a female, I feel totally comfortable and confident in bringing my car to them, e.g. my recent problem with a lack of air conditioning in my car that they repaired perfectly. What a relief in this sweltering heat! My heart goes out to all of them in working tirelessly in all weather conditions all year round. Big recommendation from me. Skilled problem solvers, they have saved me money, have researched options for me to choose and have prolonged the life of my vehicles through their excellent work. They have even made suggestions in not needing extra work done on my car given how rare I actually drive the car. As a female with very little mechanical aptitude, I am always given explanations that I can understand. Elsewhere, that has not always been the case and I've been ripped off before at other garages. So, I would never go to any other service centre for my car maintenance and repairs. A loaner car is available from them if needed. It is a comfortable wait in their reception area on nice easy chairs. That's how I feel there - totally comfortable. Mark and Jonathan go out of their way to give me the best prices and best options. They are so nice, friendly, helpful, patient and kind, even taking my telephone queries. I am so very happy to take my car there seasonally, for any repairs and to store my tires. A neighbour had wisely and kindly referred me to Align Tek. In turn, I have referred others to Align Tek and they have been very happy, too. The last time that I brought in my car for an oil change, etc., there were two customers who had driven from their homes located over two hours away because of the excellence of service here.
