Called DanMac around 2:30PM on August 13th regarding basement flooding (minor, thankfully). Confirmed details, and I was promised that an after-hours plumber was available, and would likely be out just after 5:00PM. We cannot use our toilets, laundry, shower, etc., as it is suddenly causing floor drains to overflow, likely some kind of blockage. 7:00PM, still nobody showed up. I had arranged for my wife to be home, waiting. Tried having their dispatcher track their employee. Told he is not answering his cell phone, it does not have voice-mail (?), but assured he is still en route. 8:00PM, no plumber. 9:00PM, no plumber. We gave up on anyone showing up. Now almost midnight. NOBODY. No updates. Just ghosted us. If you run a business, do NOT promise after-hours service if you apparently only have one plumber for entire GTA who has a cell phone he does not answer. Am getting someone else in morning.
Had a plumbing emergency with a leaking pipe. They responded promptly and sent out a plumber for repairs the same day. Beyond fixing the leak, he diagnosed why the leak happened in the first place. Made a repair to ensure it won't happen again. Explained everything clearly. Professional work. Would recommend and use again.
These guys are great. They show up on time, they are transparent with what they are doing and they leave the house spotless when they leave. Their work is commercial grade and I have never been disappointed. My father in law has been using them for over 20 years. Would definitely recommend theis company.
DanMac sent a service technician around and he was thorough and had the problem repaired in no time. Presented me with a bill considerably less than I thought it would be. Very satisfied and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
