Tony is a knowledgeable, efficient, and honest plumber whom I highly recommend. He responded quickly, arrived on time, was friendly, and communicated clearly what was happening, what was necessary, and what could wait. He was flexible with scheduling, and his truck was impressively stocked with all the necessary parts and equipped with advanced plumbing tools to handle the job efficiently. He fixed a leaking toilet and replaced a few related components, then installed a valve for the water supply and a wastewater connection for our dishwasher. He also assessed the overall state of our plumbing system - especially the bathrooms - offering helpful insights into potential upgrades and maintenance. What really stood out was his thoroughness: he performed a full drain pipe camera inspection, checking for cracks, dips, and mapping out the entire layout from our basement to the city’s sewer line. He also evaluated the ideal placement for a water backup valve to prevent future issues.
Tony was knowledgeable, on schedule and completed the job exactly as I wanted. He even did a couple of small extra tasks above and beyond. Highly recommend Tony.
Tony came out and installed two toilets for us and was such a wonderful help. Kind, courteous, professional, and quick! Was able to come out on short notice and even identified that our toilets did not come with the right gaskets and was able to provide the correct gasket sizes for both to ensure an ideal fit. 10/10. Will call again for any future plumbing needs!
