They were supposed to come fix stuff, but they never showed or even told me they weren't coming. Every time you call, they say they'll let you know when they're coming, but they never call back. Worst service ever!
Terrible service. I requested a job on July 11th. I was told I need to make the full payment of 500$ before the owner tanvir can start bcz he needs to buy new taps and faucets. I paid Jim on July 11th and It’s now October 2nd and THE JOB IS STILL NOT DONE. I keep getting promised that he will do it during a certain date and time and it never happens. I’ve been more than patient as it’s been almost 3 months. Absolute joke of a company. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.
He came to the house, gave good estimate, seemed genuine, he started to work on the water heater, got delayed, but did not call us to let us know when he would come back to finish installing our new tankless water heater. Eventually after some days he returned to complete the job. Again, he left after getting an additional bit of money which was more than the estimate. He was due to return, knowing that he received all monies owed and more. He never did, all calls and texts were unanswered. My husband had to complete the rest of the work as best he could.
What incredible Service! I was in a time sensitive situation and after calling so many companies, Tanvir committed to me right away including showing up on Christmas Day! a rare,ethical, honest plumber but an even better human being for truly believing in providing good, caring professional service at prices that cannot be matched .Amazing!
We found Best Price plumbing from google. We had our floor drain overflowing in the basement. I called them and Mr. Tanvir told me the quote over the phone and showed up within 2 hrs and got my clog removed. He is very reasonable, honest and has professional service.
Mr Syed is a very friendly man. He got to my house in no time and not only did he fix the initial issue of my clogged toilet but he found and fixed the reason it was prone to clogging (due to tank not filling properly). Excellent service and a very kind and professional man!
