I ordered food for my staff and they loved it. Great local bakery with amazing customer service from the moment you walk in until you leave. If only other local bakeries would learn from them especially caldense. So lucky they are in my neighborhood
We have been going to this bakery for years especially after Church. We have been through the ownership changes. This is the best bakery. It all starts with the owner and the staff. Also so kind and helpful. The food is amazing. Everything from the bread, pastries, pizza and hot food. Would highly recommend this bakery. We are there every week!
Holy cow this place is great! We've spent a few weeks in Italy and this place serves comparible value and quality. Prices are surprisingly low and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Anyone who leaves this place 1 star is clearly not satisfied with anything in life.
Found out able this place through work and really happy to know theres another quality bakery out there in Etobicoke! Typically I would go to Rustic or Sanremo but I can definitely put Montesanto on the rotation! They have tons of pastries, cookies, cakes, fresh bread, sandwiches etc to choose from.People are kind and very welcoming. Prices are reasonable especially for the size and quality of deserts you get. Everything tastes fresh! Really happy to have stumbled upon this place and can’t wait to try the other deserts they have to offer. Keep up the good work!!!
This is the only place I'll get my cakes from for any occasion. (See photos) Not only do they look incredible, but they also taste amazing inside with a huge variety of flavours to choose from. My baby shower cake, multiple birthday cakes and Baptism cake were all made by Destinee at Montessanto Bakery. But not only the cakes... I am also obsessed with their croissants, lattes, pies, tarts, cookies... Basically anything I try here I love. This bakery is a must try for any sweet tooths out there! And if you're not into sweets, their sandwiches are delicious too! :)
An example of a GREAT Bakery. 5+ Star. Vanilla Yule log was amazing, light and super tasty. Super Nice/Friendly Staff. Superb Pastries; Wonderful Breads; Donuts are amazing, fresh, and not greasy. The Cookies, specifically the chocolate one and those filled with Almond, are SOOOO GOOD.
Used to love this bakery. New owners. Bread hasn’t been the best like it used to be. They also don’t make sandwiches anymore and they close Mondays. What’s up with that They can also never really manage the crowd/line ups. I used to be in and out and now you wait forever to be cashed out. The hot table isn’t the best either, overall quality isn’t great compared to the hot table at La Rose.
