If you are looking for Great Service and Respectful Sales and Ownership, that provides Top notch customer Sales and Service ... DO NOT GO TO THIS USED CAR dealership. The owner and sales people are extremely rude with zero Sales or diplomacy, don't expect anyone to be courteous. They treat customers like Garbage, entitled as though they're doing you a favour. It is truly sad that Car Dealers treat customers so poorly and OMVIC only there to protect them instead of protecting the customers like we are led to believe.

Very bad customer service in this store. I was looking for a family car for under $3000 but no, all they wanted to do was try to sell me something for more than that. Wouldn’t recommend.
Stopped in..somewhat rude and dismissive. Not very pleasant to deal with. Edit in response to reply that has since been removed: I didn't get a name. The person barely even spoke to me. Openly speaking loudly, unprofessionally and swearing openly. Wasn't a very good environment with that. Sorry I couldn't give you a name.
