One of my biggest regrets is going to the dealship.. I drove 8 hours to pick up an overpriced Mazda 3 because it was the only place I could get accepted, i needed to get back to my home town for work the next day so i signed the paper work and got back on the road. Almost instantly after driving away from the dealship I noticed a clunk from the front end, thought ill contact them when I’m home and they can arrange a appointment to have it looked at by a shop in my home town. They then told me I’d have to bring the car back 8 hours away so their “manager” could take a look I decided to take the loss and fix the problem myself, but before I was able to I was driving home from work 4 days after picking the car up and I heard a ping sound as if a bolt fell out somewhere. then when I pulled over to check my brakes locked up, one of the bolts holding the brake caliper had just fallen out, only 4 days after driving safetied car home 8 hours on the highway, while grabbing the jack to take my wheel off, I notice a massive rust hole in my trunk…. They told me I’d have to drive the car back to them so their in house mechanic could deem if it needed any repairs Now after realizing I screwed myself and I need a vehicle for work, can’t afford to take time off to travel back to Toronto let alone have anywhere to stay there while they “go over the car” I just accept I have to keep this peace of junk. Now we are the first couple weeks into winter and I kick a ice build up off my wheel well… BANG… massive hole and almost an inch thick of bondo, all the rockers are body filler , they even went as far to bondo the fender directly to the rocker panel…. For the love of god, never get a vehicle from these people
Bought my first car here, a 2011 C350. About a week later I noticed some noise coming from the wheel, so I brought it back. The guys helped me out right away and quickly figured out what was wrong. Super easy to deal with and really took care of me. Since it was my first time buying a car, I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole process. Definitely recommend this dealership.
Bought my elantra 3 months ago, they replaced what needed to be replaced for safety. Today I had an electrical issue and Nasser was very helpful in responding quickly and resolving the issue right away and put my mind at ease.
