Oops, in Nov 2024, we liked this friendly banter and extensive knowledge of Richard so much that we purchased an A6 Audi 2007. Then as we liked the service so much we came back 5 months later, April 2025, and purchased a 328i BMW 2012.... lol, his wife's winter beater. Terrible place to deal with drove from nisgara falls ready to buy gave all id needed said they call back by tomorrow and 3 weeks past now and never heard back from them pretty crappy customer service not a robot actual would of been customer thanks richard for the fine service and waste of time

Please don’t waste your time with this dealership. We called ahead to see a car that was listed and were told that it wasn't sold, to come by and see it. Then, you get there and they tell you that the vehicle was sold almost a week ago. Save your time and find someone else.
