The main reason why I chose not to proceed with purchasing a vehicle is due to Vitaliy's horrific customer service. He is very condescending and does not know the meaning of respect. His attitude towards answering a well- rounded question is with disgust and disrespect. I hope the dealership can provide himwith proper communication towards text. For now I will not promote this dealership to anyone i know.

Buying a car can be a serious and difficult process, to make sure you are getting a good quality vehicle. We purchased our Audi from Vitaliy in May of 2017, and are very pleased with the result. He even took the time to carefully go through the different insurance packages, putting ourselves in his shoes. There are many cars to choose from on the market, but sometimes it's the sales person that makes the difference!

Me and my wife purchased our second car from Vitaliy, Acura TL 2006. We were looking specifically for the year 2006 since my wife really liked that edition. Vitaliy was very helpful in choosing the right car and deal for us. It is a used vehicle, therefore he offered to purchase a Lubrico Warranty that provides quite an extensive coverage. At first, I was not convinced. Why do I have to pay more? Vitaliy was explained that even though the vehicle is inspected for safety and emission, the warranty will give us a piece of mind. My wife drives the car for 2 years now and we perform regular maintenance on the vehicle. We have not had a need to use the warranty we purchased yet, and even got it extended. Vitaliy is a go to person when you buying a new car or just shopping around. He has expertise and provides you with the right advice. Thank you for the excellent service!
