Absolutely terrible agency. We had a large party travelling to an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. Our arrival flight got delayed by 2 hours which for some reason caused Travelbrands to not send our shuttle! We waited at the counter for 30 minutes and no one came! We looked everywhere for them, they were not at the counter marked for Travelbrands and the airport staff confirmed they left hours ago! We had to spend $70 to get a super sketchy taxi to our hotel, as it was 3 am and we could not call the Travelbrands support line because it was closed. We reached out to Travelbrands afterwards for appropriate compensation for the taxi we had to take, they sent us an email fully lying and saying we just didn’t show up to the counter where they were supposed to pick us up. They offered $100 in Travelbrands credit anyways but the only thing is we will never be using this agency again so it is completely useless! Give us our actual money back! Do not trust this agency to have your all-inclusive or any kind of trip planned, there are far better ones to go to.
Terrible company to work with!!! Associated with Sell-Off Vacations & Red Tag!!! Company posted two trips to our credit card, taking up just under $30,000 of our purchasing power. Was on the phone with them for three days as they promised it was refunded, would stay as a pending transaction & would never be posted, but 3 days later we’ve lost all purchasing power on our credit card & have NO vacation to go on….all we have is EXTREME frustration!!!
Have rarely dealt with more incompetent people. They aren't capable of completing the most simple booking changes, saying that "it's not possible" without reasonable explanation. I feel the pain of my travel agent. Save your time and stay away.
My travel agent purchased a Club Mobay voucher from Travelbrands. Upon arriving in Jamaica I was advised by the Club Mobay manager that the voucher was no good and that they did not recognize Travelbrands. Customer support was miserable, had to wait in line at immigration for 3 hours. Was refunded, but no admission of responsibility.
