Not good service. Booked business class tickets through their Albion Mall location. The agent didn't inform us that the ticket have no lounge access at the airports. Very disappointing service.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Khalsa Travel. Their refund policy is unfair and lacks transparency. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend Khalsa Travel to anyone. The overall experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time and money. There are better travel agencies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction.
WARNING!!! BEWARE!! So 98 reviews and 4 out 5 stars….Hmmmm. So all the reviewers must be employees, family and or friends. This place is a Joke!!!!! Stay away if you want the worst Customer service experience ever!!!! I would not recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy. They will flat out lie to your face while reneging on original comments made to support you. A lot more reputable places out there that would go the extra mile to support your needs. Worst experience with SONU. I usually interact with Mandeep kaur and she gives ypu good advice but unfortunately, when I have to confirm my mother's return ticket she was on vacation and I had to deal with the worst advice giver SONU. Please dont follow him otherwise you will loose money. He doesn't care about your money and just think about his own commission. HATE IT REALLY. Just lost my money because of him.
One of the worse agent for booking tickets, you will be stranded on road if you book tickets from these people, they book random flights and doesn’t even know for which country you require transit visa. Book tickets yourself that would be best don’t trust these people they will waste your money
Their service is really cheap. I reserve my air ticket the lady didn't ask which country I want to travel. Whithout asking any detial she booked my reservation from Toronto to India. She cut my call immediately when I tried to contect her agian she drop my call.
Their service is great.. specially Deep??...he helped me with everything. Even when my ticket got cancelled he helped me to get refund from air line??.
